How can I monitor my order?

In order to monitor your order, you can click on track my order under My Account, and fill up the details or if you are a guest user you can enter the Tracking order that will be emailed to you on our Shipping company’s website: www.skycomex.com/tracking/ or you can call them on  600 532224 and provide the tracking order.

How long does it take for my order to be delivered to me?

It should reach you within 2-4 working days (if you live in Dubai)

What are the accepted methods of payment?

COD and Payment by Debit or Credit Card

What are the shipping charges as per mode of payment?

For COD the shipment charges are AED 25 and for Payments via debit and credit card the shipment charges are AED 15

What is the maximum quantity and amount that I can order?

You can order as much as you want, subject to our stocks.

What if the item I received was damaged?

If the product(s) received are not those you have ordered or of they have been damaged or are faulty, Please select the option under Contact Us and send us the complaint. You may do this within 7 days of signing the receiving proof of delivery by our courier company/receiving the product.

If the product is indeed damaged/expired a representative will contact you as soon as possible and walk you through the return process. We will then replace the faulty product

Am I eligible for a refund?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You must ask for a refund within 7 days of receiving the product

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Will a refund/cancellation cost me extra?

Return item due to Seller’s Fault: (Item is incorrect/damaged/expired etc.)

  1. A) If the buyer claimed within the 7 Days of the date of delivery –Juice Salon pays the delivery shipment fees (In case of return or cancellation)
  2. B) If the buyer claimed after the 7 Days of the date of delivery  (*Once returned approved by Juice Salon) return shipment fees will be incurred by the buyer.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If the payment is done via COD, the amount will be refunded to the client’s account within 7-14 days

 

Why create an account?

To enable us to process your order, we need some information about you such as your delivery address, billing address and email address that can be saved, and you wont have to repeatedly enter it.

 

The creation of this account will also allow you to benefit fully from services offered by Juice Salon, for instance viewing past orders, tracking your order etc.

How do I find my username / password?

If you forget your password, select the "Sign in" button and select "Forgotten Password?" You will then receive a hyperlink via email, which can be followed to reset your password.

How can I cancel my order?

You can opt to Return & refund your order only within 7 days of receiving the items. The funds will be transferred to your account within 7-14 days

Do I need to create an account in order to refund/return products?

No, you only require your contact information and order number, which will be emailed to you. It would be great if you did create your account with us as it would enable us to process your order, save your basic information such as your delivery address, billing address and email address so wont have to repeatedly enter it.

How long will it take for the funds to reflect in my account once I have returned the product?

It will take about 7-14 working days to reflect in your account.
